Bin Sponsorship

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Flagstaff is always looking for new, high traffic locations for our Clothes for Kids' Sake donation bins.  If your business has space in your parking lot for a bin we would be ever so grateful!

We have two bin sizes available: Large 5x5x5 (shown here) and tall & thin bin 3x3x6

 

We pick up donations regularly: Depending on the popularity of your bin, we can schedule weekly or semiweekly pickup. If it fills up between scheduled pickups,

give us a call and we will take care of it ASAP!

 

We will promote your location:

Bin locations are listed on our website and we also announce new bin sponsors on

social media (unless you prefer we don’t)

 

We can acknowledge your business BIN SPONSORSHIP on our bins:

If you agree to host a bin for a minimum of 12 months, we will include your Agency logo on the bin so everyone who sees it knows that you are supporting our mission!

 

Considerations when placing a bin: 

• Bins should be in a location where community members can park temporarily to unload their donations, and where our truck can stop long enough to unload the bin (usually weekly or bi-weekly, depending on donation volume in your area).

• Bins should be in a location where they are visible to you or your team so you can let us know right away if the bin becomes over-full.  Although we check bins regularly, donation volume fluctuates and we want to make sure to keep your parking lot spic and span!  

• We are insured! Big Brothers Big Sisters of Flagstaff carries liability insurance to protect ourselves, our partners and our volunteers.  Please let us know if you need a copy of our COI to place a bin at your location!
